A decade after launching as a disruptor in the party travel scene, Party Hard Travel is celebrating its most successful year yet—boasting international expansion, a record number of bookings, and ambitious growth targets.
The London and Surrey-based youth holiday events company, co-founded by CEO Nathan Cable, reported over 40,000 bookings in the past year and is now aiming to hit 55,000 in 2025. This growth comes alongside new destination launches, large-scale creator trips, and a major recruitment push ahead of the summer season.
Ayia Napa in Cyprus has emerged as the company’s most in-demand destination, with some peak season weeks already fully booked. The surge in popularity is reflected in the overwhelming response to its recruitment campaign, with over 7,000 applicants for just 30 holiday rep roles.
Among the season’s standout initiatives was a creator trip organized by Marketing Manager Keisha Providence, hailed internally as “the most successful creator trip ever.” Held in early May to kick off the summer season, it brought 40 of the UK’s top social media creators to Ayia Napa. Highlights included headline events like the Agenda White Party, which featured a surprise appearance by UK rapper Swarmz. The trip generated over 250 million TikTok views.
Nathan Cable credits their continued success to a modern, inclusive approach and a strong focus on customer experience.
“We have always been disruptors, moving away from the traditional and dated 18-30-style holidays to a more bespoke events package which has proven very popular,” he said.
With new destinations added this year—including Andorra, Albufeira, and Tenerife—Party Hard Travel is already seeing momentum in sales.
The company’s rise has been driven in part by customer input. Regular polls help shape the artist lineup, leading to major bookings like Dizzee Rascal, Nathan Dawe, Belters Only, Bad Boy Chiller Crew, and Switch Disco, all slated to perform this summer.
“At present we are incredibly busy – in the last month alone we have had our best and second best ever sales days!” said Nathan.
“If the current trend continues, we will be up around 30%, having been 25% up last year on the year before, so growth has been significant.”
Transparency and trust have become core to the brand’s ethos, helping to build a loyal customer base.
“I think that’s down to the communication we have with our customers, word of mouth and the quality of our events – many of which we now co-organise – while keeping costs low and being true to our word,” he added.
“There is no sales talk, no pressure and no upselling, we are focused on ensuring they have the best week of their lives in a safe, fun environment, watching the best acts in some of the world’s top party destinations.”
Party Hard Travel has come a long way from its humble beginnings, growing from just 400 bookings in 2015 to more than 125,000 overall—despite a complete pause in operations during the pandemic years.
“We started out with zero customers in February 2015 when I quit my full-time job,” Nathan recalled.
“We’ve moved with the times, modernised the approach and attitude towards experiences in party holiday destinations and have used social media and technology to our advantage.
“We always aim to overdeliver and as long as we maintain our values and mission, which is instilled in all our team, then nothing can stop us.”
