The council are looking for caring, respectful, and trustworthy individuals who are interested in starting a career within social care.
The council provides a wide range of Adult Social Care service placements to help individuals work out which direction they want their career to take.
Placements include an insight into domiciliary care, residential care for older people, supported living accommodation for adults with learning disabilities/mental health conditions and day service opportunities.
The role offers on the job training, experience and support to achieve a free professional qualification.
The apprentice will receive a salary alongside all the benefits that come with being employed by the council.
