The Council would like to hear from residents about their experiences of using its digital ‘My Account’ service.
The survey is running for six weeks and will help to shape how the council offers their online services going forward.
The public can use the service to enquire about a range of matters including council tax, register office enquires, highways, school admissions and much more.
Views are wanted from a range of residents to ensure that the service continues to be accessible as possible.
