Simpson Millar’s Cardiff-based Personal Injury team recognised in prestigious directory
South Wales law firm Simpson Millar has been recognised in the Legal 500 UK 2023 Guide, with its expert Personal Injury division securing a Tier 4 ranking in the latest edition of the prestigious legal directory.
Supported by a national network of offices including a strong presence in the North West of England, London and Bristol, the firm’s small Cardiff-based team is described as ‘particularly adept’ at advising clients in industrial disease claims.
Local lawyer Simon Rosser (pictured above) received key recognition for being ‘pragmatic, friendly and skilled’, and for his wide-ranging expertise including group action claims and advice to clients in relation to asbestos-related illnesses.
The firm, which has offices across the country, received a total of eight recommendations nationally, including recognition for its work in the Court of Protection, and representing clients in matters relating to Family Law, as well as Education, Administrative and Public Law, and Civil Liberties and Human Rights.
