The partnership will strengthen the support available to Digital DRA’s customers
The Digital DRA has become the first debt resolution agency to partner with Cardiff-based IE Hub, in a move that will expand the support available to their customers.
As part of this collaboration, The Digital DRA‘s customers will now have access to IE Hub’s user-friendly online budgeting tool, designed to help people better manage their finances and share their affordability assessments with creditors all in one place.
Customers, who have been referred to The Digital DRA by a client to manage debts, can now utilise IE Hub‘s platform to create and share budgets easily, ensuring their financial circumstances are accurately represented and communicated to multiple creditors in one go.
This working partnership reflects a shared commitment from IE Hub and The Digital DRA that debt management should be people focused, providing tailored financial assistance to those who need it.
